What we collect

• The website address you scan and the scan results.
• When you unlock a report: your name, email, phone if given, and industry.
• If you book a website review: your name, business, phone, email, city, state, website, what you need help with, the times you prefer, and whether you ticked the optional call and text box.
• A hashed version of your internet address, used only to limit abuse. We do not store the raw address.
• Basic page visit and button events, without cookies or ad trackers.

How we use it

To run your scan, show and email your report, confirm a review you booked, and call you about it. If you ticked the optional call and text box, we may also call or text you about your website, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. That box is never needed to get your report or a review.

Who sees it

RankFlow Systems staff and the service providers that host this site and deliver email. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Scan reports and review requests are kept as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to you, and keep business records. Ask us to delete your information by replying to any email from us with the word remove.

What we scan

We load only the public page you give us. We never ask for passwords. We block addresses that point to private networks.
